Welcome

Welcome to VEinS Project. This was our final year computer science project. We participated in Impetus and reached the final round of Concepts, an all-India level project exhibition. Our project was also among the top 15 projects. We are very thankful to our project guides:

The aim of the project is to extract the hierarchical structure of any website and provide various representations of the same. The structured can be viewed as a Link hierarchy, Directory structure or as a Parent-Child relational view. It took us nearly 9 months to develop the complete project. It was sometimes difficult to balance academics with our project work but we enjoyed every bit of it. We used the Java 2 Platform to write our code. Besides we also used some third-party libraries which we picked up from Sourceforge.net, Freshmeat.net and Jakarta.org. Check out the features page for a more complete list.
